I found the recruitment process okay. The initial interviewer I had was very pleasant and easy to converse with. She also made sure to answer all the questions I had. I just found the online assessment part a bit tedious and irrelevant to the role I applied for.
The interview process was smooth. The questions were relevant to the role and gave me a good opportunity to discuss my experience, skills, and previous work. The overall process was organized and gave me a good impression of the company and the team.
