My salary as a Junior Accountant is not competitive compared to what other companies offer for the same role. After 2 years and 7 months with the company, I also only have 9 SL and 9 VL credits, while other companies offer 15 SL and 15 VL. I hope the company can consider improving its compensation and benefits.

I believe overall pay and benefits should be improved, especially when it comes to the HMO provider. On a positive note, company covers transpo expenses & give food allowance for events.
