Our working hour is 10 hrs a day including the lunch break, but the company gave us a set up, where we can do an OB for Adjusted Shift, which we can make our working hours,9 hrs by filing the remaining 1 hr if you are not loaded on that day, then the manager will approve that 1 hr OB.
The work-from-home setup is also very helpful, especially in terms of saving time and transportation costs and having a better work-life balance. I do miss our previous setup of 2 days WFH and 3 days onsite, as I found it to be a good balance. Currently, WFH is only once a week, and there are also instances when we don't have a WFH day for the entire week, depending on the team's requirements. The work schedule is generally 8 AM to 5 PM, but I appreciate that there is some flexibility depending on the work requirements. One perk I find helpful is being able to file an OB for an adjusted shift through Sprout.
