During my short stay at Aurecon as a student engineer, I’ve already learned a lot—both in terms of technical knowledge and soft skills. I really appreciate how the company schedules sessions focused on soft skills development, such as building confidence, negotiation techniques, and stress management. These sessions are very practical and helpful for personal and professional growth. In addition, all the engineering teams took the time to introduce their roles and responsibilities to us. They explained what they do in their respective fields, which gave us a broader understanding of the company’s work and helped us see how different teams collaborate.
