Since I've been with the company for some time, I was already promoted twice and I was also given the chance to dive into different roles and projects for the team. The company and the management was very supportive when it comes to career growth and they provide proper guidance with regards to the career path that each employee can take.

This , I believe , is relative. As for me, I'm lucky enough to know that I'm a fast learner and I can easily do well at a certain job, hence, having been offered already a higher role within a span of a year. It's also easy for me to keep a comfortable work environment since I know my boundaries. Belo is very open & generous on this aspect because they are open to suggestions & adjustments given the fact that companies nowadays are mixed with several , and completely different , generations with various attitudes, goals, and perception in life.
