The workplace culture is structured yet collaborative. There is a clear hierarchy that guides responsibilities, but cooperation and teamwork are strongly emphasized, especially in handling cases. Colleagues are supportive and approachable, which makes the work environment more comfortable. After hours, there are opportunities to bond through company events and gatherings, which strengthen camaraderie beyond the workplace.
Its very easy to socialize among colleagues even those who are not part of my department - we even had activities before that promotes socializing and knowing more about our co workers. Our managers and department heads are also approachable allowing to be open to them and they also hangout with us during outings, team buildings and company events.
They are nice to be with because they don't make you feel pressured and they will only give you motivation to work hard so that we can have more clients and increase our sales and they are really proud of what you give to the clinic.
Belo Nexa promotes teamwork in a structured environment, with good rapport among colleagues in and out of work
Nexa is still fairly new, employees are mixed of people from different branches. For now because I believe that we are still in the process of working things out and improving. 1 year is not yet enough to fully immerse ourselves in a new location , a flagship branch , where people have extremely high expectations. I've noticed that people of a higher age group (not discriminating) are the most active in our work group chats where they sometimes still talk about work, endorse patients for booking, and the like. Gen Z, as part of it and as I've noticed, are not that active since we strongly believe that life outside of work and of working hours should not be intended for anything work related. We have another working day tomorrow, we can discuss about it during work hours. Nonetheless, we're able to make it work & respect each other's boundaries.
