The pay is fair and the benefits are supportive. One of the best perks is the staff discount on treatments and the fun company events like the Christmas party, which really make us feel valued.
For the basic pay, we usually have salary increases yearly based on the performance of the employee. We also have various benefits like HMO, group life insurance, retirement, allowances, leave credits, hybrid work set up and other perks such as trying free and discounted products and services. To add to that, we also have free movie screenings, concerts and other activities outside of work that focuses on the engagement of the employees.

The benefits is good. We have perks
The pay itself is decent especially for a first time employee such as myself. The best and/or the most unusual perks of being a receptionist at a well known company is having to experience literal make up classes (Belo x Sunnies) where we had a step by step tutorial by a professional make up artist. We also had a full set of make up which is really useful for a front liner for me.
