
Actually it depends on the shifting of the case. When you are the peoncipal nurse you are the one handling the patient pre op to post op. The one who scrubs is the one just handle with the instruments or anything that could help the principal nurse which is the circulatiing nurse.
I work in HR and mostly I do talent acquisition but over the years I also tried assisting with company activities and events which allows me to venture in the other facets of HR. I also get to visit the employees in the branches to check up on them and just know how they are. I was also able to train and handle new teammates and interns and being able to impart my knowledge and experience is very satisfying and fun. I like having interns and newbies around - aside from teaching them, I also get to learn from them.
