The interview process was smooth and well-organized. The questions were relevant to the role and gave me the chance to share my skills and experiences. The assessments were fair and aligned with the responsibilities of the position, which made the overall experience positive and professional.
It was pretty fast, I was interviewed twice, one was for the HR officer then my final interview was with the HR Manager. The set up was still different then since it was a few years back so I still had to go to the office for the interview compared to now that we can do it online but even so it was still pretty convenient since I was able to finish the interviews and exam in just one afternoon.

Process itself was fairly easy, little to no waiting time. I didn't feel uncomfortable during my interview since the interviewers were very welcoming; it was as if I was already part of the company. Assessments were decent, a little time consuming but understandable as it was part of the process to be able to know who they're hiring.
