the company usually has csr activities - scar project, operation smile to name a few. During the pandemic, Dr Belo and the management also donated to the hospitals providing PPE's and hot meals. We also had this pay it forward activity before where we get to choose our own beneficiary per dept/branch - had a chance to visit a home for the aged, we were able to partner with a company that provided hair cuts for them and it was very fun and fulfilling as well.
