Our work hours vary since we have different shifts each day depending on the decking of cases. Saturdays and Sundays are usually considered days off, but sometimes Saturdays are not a true rest day because if there's a shortage of manpower for an operation, one of us may be asked to come in even if it's our off. Sundays, however, are always fixed as a day off since no cases are scheduled.
Prior to the pandemic, we were required to work onsite full time however since then everybody had to adjust when the pandemic happened we were allowed to work from home in a hybrid set up. It was really a blessing for us since it was easier to work from home not dealing with the daily commute and traffic here in Manila. Whenever there are also times that the weather won't permit us to go to the office, we are also allowed to work from home.
It's good actually cause even we work overtime we're happy and good because we didn't have to much trouble at all even it's tiring and especially we are exceeding the sales target
We have 2 days off.
We were happy when the company shifted to 2 days off; despite changing the working hours. Working hours is not that flexible, but our heads are very understanding when an employee has an emergency or has to call in sick or wants to go in vacation. We can easily inform our heads if we have to leave early, be on SL, and file a leave. Although this is a case to case basis depending on the manpower, most of the time we are able to make it work.
