Diversity in terms of age is what I mostly observe - the company is composed of a mixed of boomers, millenials, and gen zs. They are open to welcoming fresh grads and provide them w/ opportunities for learning. They welcome their ideas, thoughts, and comments they bring to the table.
My employer is definitely diverse and very inclusive. Throughout my time here, I have met multiple people, all equipped with unique personalities. As an intern, I am also thankful for being included in a lot of work-related events that enrich my experience.
One thing that made me join the company is because of inclusivity especially in my religion as a Seventh Day Adventist.
