Yearly performance appraisal is not that high, even with additional tasks/roles. No other benefits aside from bonus - no free rice allowance, medicine allowance, clothing allowance. Occasionally would receive free tickets from Marketing team on collaborations if there are still any. Leave policies are not generous. Kind of deceiving, actually. In the contract, 15 days SL and VL were stated. But actually, that translates to only 12.5 days SL and VL because we work for 9-hrs a day (compressed work set-up).
The best perks in my role is the profit sharing bonus every year-end, conversion of Sick Leaves and Vacation Leaves, and the HMO insurance which really is a great help when i struggled with my parents' hospitalization. I also liked that the VL is only convertible in half, encouraging employees to take vacation leaves
