It was smooth and HR reverted promptly.
HR interview - It was just a brief meeting with the HR manager. She was also very kind and was welcome to answer any questions I have. Department interview - less technical. Delved more on my soft skills (communication skills, work ethics, etc) and a bit on my personal life (hobbies, family, educational background).
I would say that my overall recruitment process was smooth and straightforward. I was first interviewed by Human Resources, who would then endorse my application to the department I would be assigned to, followed by another interview with the members from the department itself. Once I was accepted, the submission of required documents was made easier because there was a representative from HR that answered any questions or clarifications that I had.
The interview process and assessment in quick and easy to accomplish. There are 3 sets of interviews, first with the HR, then panel with the Department I applied to, and with the head of the department as the final interview. I had a great experience and I feel that there is no prejudice and bias in the interview process. And also that they value personal beliefs such as religion.
