
Our working hours are flexible. We can start as early as 7:00 AM and finish by 5:00 PM, or start as late as 9:00 AM and end at 7:00 PM.
9 hours per day which is higher than other FMCGs. Their reasoning was since we should have Saturday work, but in order for us not to work on the weekends, our work hours were compressed for the week. However, I've seen other big FMCGs like San Miguel not following this. Other companies only implement an 8hrs/day x 5 days a week work schedule. However, one thing I like with our working arrangements is the hybrid set-up (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite) and it depends on you when you can schedule it for the week! This is hard to find these days.
Personally, I work 40 hours per week because I want to. However, my employer is very accommodating when it comes to work hours. Whenever warranted with a valid excuse or an emergency, I am allowed to miss working hours as long as I make up for them.
