At China Bank, the workplace culture emphasizes professionalism, integrity, teamwork, and respect.
The culture is good for me as well. While working, we help each other when we don't understand something or struggle to do something and some segway talks or “socializing” talks are also included during work. The hierarchy is good and reasonable and the higher-ranked persons are also very approachable and friendly which makes it a pleasant vibe for us rank-and-file employees.
I have nothing to say
The culture is very warm and nice, the people love being at work and are friendly and easy-going. There is no superiority but rather there is respect for all.
Chinabank promotes a professional, respectful, and collaborative workplace culture. The Internal Audit Group works closely as a team, with supervisors and senior auditors providing guidance and support to junior team members, particularly during fieldwork. The organizational structure is well-defined, allowing employees to understand their roles and responsibilities while encouraging open communication within the team. Outside of work, colleagues generally maintain positive and respectful relationships. While the nature of audit work and field assignments can be demanding, there are opportunities to build camaraderie through teamwork, training activities, and company events, fostering a supportive and collaborative working environment.
