My only suggestion is that i hope my salary can still be increased. i accepted the offer mainly because the workplace is close to my home. however, in my opinion, since i already have work experience, the offer could have been a bit higher, although i understand that it is not banking-related experience. still, i am happy that my salary was adjusted right away, though i am still hoping for more in the future. overall, i am happy with china bank.
For me, im satisfied with the pay and benefits since the company provides a lot of support such as rice and medicine allowances, as well as bonuses. these really help in managing daily needs and make me feel valued as an employee
As newly regularize employee, i am in the median of satisfaction with my pay. i thought that my pay would have an decent increase when i became a regular employee, but only 200 pesos was added, while my deductions became 600plus already. moreover, i am glad that there's a rice allowance. there's also an hmo, which as of now, they've not approved yet.
I appreciate the medicine allowance because it helps ease financial concerns related to our healthcare needs
