As a newly hired what I have experienced since I entered here is the OT pay and meal allowance that increased my compensation.
Pay is reasonable for fresh grad and with no experience. For the benefits, as I'm still a trainee I cannot avail them yet but being oriented by the HR about it, I can say that it's really good.
The pay is alright if you are saving for yourself only. Benefits may contribute to higher pay and help out with other expenses.
The greatest perks offered in my role are free tickets and accommodation during fieldwork with per diem allowances also.
