I haven't really noticed any sustainability efforts but I still rated 8 as I know that once they will truly implement this sustainability initiative it will be successful.
I would rate my employer's commitment to reducing its environmental impact as good. Chinabank demonstrates environmental responsibility by promoting paperless processes where possible, encouraging the use of digital banking services, and implementing electronic documentation to reduce paper consumption. Employees are also encouraged to use resources efficiently and practice proper waste disposal in the workplace.
