My training is about doing my responsibilities according to my position and also with some online orientations from the company. For skills, I learned to prioritize what to do first and time management.
Time Deposit, CPBCERT, HPBP, CTRANINQ, HCUSUM, HCUDET, HRELPI, CIFREE, CIFRNEC and a lot more. I’ve been learning every day and I don’t have anything to say on my colleagues’ end because they’re doing their best to teach us everyday.
Training was a bit short and I had to learn everything by doing it which means a lot of mistakes. But the people were kind enough to direct and instruct on the things that needs to be done. All the people are easy to get along with which makes asking questions easier foe clarification.
