The training programs in my role are focused on both technical and customer service skills. i was able to learn about handling transactions accurately, managing reports, and providing good service to clients. there are also opportunities for feedback and guidance from supervisors, which help me improve and build confidence in my work.
My training is literally fast before i did stand-alone as a teller. so i did lots of mistakes. however, i like that chinabank offers wide range of training programs that they even flew me in cebu just to attend seminars about detecting counterfeit money as well as signature verification.
