At Dyson we are focused on solving the problems that others have ignored; solving them first using our technology and ingenuity.
The graduate program offers a lot of exposure to different projects; there are a lot of opportunities to build your network and grow your skills to further your career down the line. However, I think that (especially for graduates with rotations) there should be opportunities to rotate to international roles during the graduate program,
I have no experience on this yet, but based on observation, especially for the graduate program, graduates have the chance to be granted an early roll off opportunity. This provides the graduate to move up the career ladder without completing the 2-year graduate program. It opportunity implies that age does not matter as long as you can provide results. As to how you will move or what are the requirement, the early careers team of Dyson provides a framework on how to improve your chances. In addition, your line manager will guide and assist you to help you become better as a professional.
There are a lot of opportunities to further your career but you need to work hard for it.
