My manager is easily approachable and is committed to developing my skills as a graduate. The mentors assigned to me are also very helpful and willing to onboard me on existing projects as well as guide me in the right direction.
My manager is more than accessible. He attends my meetings especially when I am having difficulty with the supplier. However, he is not my mentor. My mentor is from local. She is a good mentor. She always looks out for me especially difficult issues arise. Both of them provides feedback on aspects that I need to work on but doesn't forget to appreciate my good performance

They are very passionate with learning. Can say that they are ambassadors for continuous improvement. They really invest in us because they see the potential in us and encourage to do everything better than yesterday. We can easily tap our managers and even those in upper hierarchy because they teach us to see on another as equals because we all have the opportunity to be one.
