PTC (Dyson's PH site) is without a doubt the best work facility I have ever seen. It's clean spacious and feels more like a campus than a work area. The facility is beautiful and is encouraging to work in. The only dress code in place is to wear what makes you comfortable as long as it's decent. I like that.
Physical work environment: Spacious, beautiful, and overall, a great place to work on every day. Location: Heavy traffic during after-work but the zone is a good space to jog/walk around. Facilities: In-house Gym, Pantry for snack and personal items. free coffee, and great restroom
The facility is nice. It has a gym, basketball court, and open spaces. The light is also good and everything is provided for. We have a very cool restroom and lots of microwaves. The location is not good since it is located in Batangas. The traffic is terrible and there are no where to go after work hours. Dress code is not strict just need to wear pants to enter manufacturing facilities.
One thing I love the most in Dyson is the convenience of getting what you need to be productive at work. We have everything in place like snack bars, and good quality of facilities, workspace, tables & chairs, comfort rooms, meeting rooms, which kinds of make working more motivating in its own way.
