I had 2 interviews from different teams. The design engineering interview was on the technical side where I was asked to how to improve the current design the interviewer presented. On the manufacturing engineering interview, it was more on work ethics assessment and life goals discussion.
It was a bit odd to do the initial interview because you are not really talking to anyone because it is a recording of your answer, but the second interview was more of what everyone expects in an interview.
Initial application requires a resume, a portfolio, and an online test. Manager level interviews vary: for electronics, this included a technical portion where the interviewers will ask technical questions.
