The base pay is average but because of the additional benefits/allowances on top of this the total compensation is definitely above average. Some benefits of note that I really like are Daily free lunches and generous leave policies.
Base salary is acceptable. It is still within acceptable range but is on the lower end if you would consider similar position on other companies. Benefits are great. Free Lunch, Transportation, and monthly meal card (limited use in Dyson). They also provide generous leaves (both AL and SL), Flexi Funds (Yearly) and health insurance (up to 4pax, including self) upon joining even if you haven't completed yet the probation period. They also give free product for newcomers, but you can't choose.

We have both shuttles and a separate transportation allowance which makes commute more efficient and convenient for us without private vehicles. We also have free use of common facilities like gym and have free lunch. Apart from the free lunch is a meal allowance worth 3k monthly which tops up on the next month if left unused.
