Regarding work hours, Dyson is very flexible because you can start rendering your work hours for the day as early as 7am and go home earlier according to that (Standard work hours are 9am-6pm). However, there is currently no flexibility for regular WFH/remote work arrangements aside from teams where this is needed. Normally this is a fully on-site job. And for employees staying in more distant areas may find the fully onsite setup tiring. There is a free shuttle service that supports employees from distant cities though.

We have flexible working hours. We can work from 7AM to 4PM or 9AM to 6PM. We are not allowed to work from home as we need to be physically present to support.
There are times when you need to extend work beyond work hours, but it does not happen that often. My employer also extends any help as much as possible to ensure I am on the right direction to avoid any unnecessary delays that may happen.
