I was told that I am not fit for a training (promotion) just because I gave birth a year before the training period which date of the training is 1 year far from the date of me giving birth. They also gave an excuse that I might be busy with my baby so a training for promotion is not suitable for me at the moment. Also, I was told that I am not proactive just because I was always using my work from home privileges.
