The pay and benefits offered in my role are quite good, considering that it is an associate role, and as someone with no previous work experience. This is actually higher than the average offer that applicants get from other companies. For me, the best perks that I get is the Night Shift Transportation Subsidy, since it really compensates the effort, time, and cost that employees exert in getting to the workplace.
