I really appreciate the hybrid set up and the fact that I have the freedom to change my shift or working hours, of course without compromising my job. I am really glad that the management is considerate when it comes to our working set up.
I work at nightshift set-up and so far, so good. I am able to things at morning and during working hours I must say it is flexible especially this is also a hybrid set-up
I have 8 work hours, and currently we are only required to report to office for 2 days in a work week.
