They encourage flexible hours, as long as you do the task at hand and do quality work.
The firm requires us to report to the office for only 2x a week, then a WFH arrangement for the rest of the week. The training sessions for new hires are usually being done onsite but there are times that it is done virtually, which is being announced ahead of its schedule so we have sufficient time to plan our weeks.
For now, I have flexible work hours as it is slack season in our market.
