Workplace culture is great since they respect your boundaries, whether that may be work boundaries (like they don't message after working hours) or personal boundaries. there's a lot of cooperation and teamwork that happens. lots of opportunities to socialize and network within the companies because of the regular parties/mixers that the company holds. sometimes I don't feel any hierarchy because even the managers are pretty chill
I'm not afraid to speak up or share my thoughts and opinions on certain matters, as the people here are very open-minded.
