The company provides regular trainings and seminars on different topics. I appreciate that they also provide recorded sessions and have feedback surveys for them. as for the training within my role, I like that I have (informal) mentors. I can freely ask questions to my workmates and managers. the managers also provide additional materials for us to use
My colleagues helped me with my tasks during my probationary period, and sometimes even now, which I consider my “training.” as for formal training, I have only attended one seminar in the past 10 months.
