We usually have flexible hours, doesn't matter what hour we start, we're just expected to work around 8 hours a day or just provide good output
As a technical employee, my work is mostly output-based. in my 10 months of working here, I can say the workload is generally manageable within eight hours a dayn(depending on whether the tasks are within my forte).
Very flexible for remote work (come to the office when necessary). meetings heavy job so I still have to be on standby in case called into one.
