Family culture
The workplace culture during my internship was professional yet welcoming. In the office, there was a clear structure and hierarchy, with supervisors and team leaders providing guidance and support. Despite this structure, communication between departments was smooth and respectful, encouraging interns like me to ask questions and learn. Cooperation and teamwork were highly valued, especially in the r&d department where collaboration was essential for daily tasks and testing activities. While after-hours socializing was limited due to shift schedules, there were moments of camaraderie during breaks, shared meals, and special events like employee birthdays or team celebrations, which helped build rapport and a sense of belonging among colleagues.
Most of the employees that i work with, as well as my supervisor, cooperates and discuss the work with everyone around, distributing the work efficiently and building greater bond at the same time.
Each of us have a different perspective, nevertheless the workplace culture shows unity in collaboration. Teamwork in every challenging situation which resulted to an excellent service towards client.
