My supervisors in the r&d department were open to questions and always willing to explain concepts or provide guidance when needed. They made sure to check on my progress regularly and gave constructive feedback that helped me improve my skills. Internal communication was clear and professional, often done through emails or direct conversations, and updates or reminders were given in a timely manner. Praise and recognition were often expressed verbally, especially when tasks were completed well or ahead of schedule, which made the work environment encouraging and motivating.
My managers are very good mentors. They focus on guiding me and challenging me to learn more about every bit of work every different engineers does, to further expand my learnings and improve my capabilities.
I can say that my managers are beyond a good mentors. When a made mistakes, they communicate it well and give me advises on how can i make it better. They are humble and handle me with respect.
