Very active in csr - food donations, tree planting, etc
During my internship at gardenia bakeries philippines inc., i learned that the company is actively involved in several corporate social responsibility (csr) initiatives focused on community welfare, environmental sustainability, and food security. One notable project involved donating freshly baked bread to local communities and charitable organizations, especially during times of calamity or need. Although i did not directly work on a csr project, i witnessed how the company values giving back by promoting responsible business practices and supporting underprivileged sectors. Their commitment to csr reflects their core values of compassion, sustainability, and social responsibility.
Overall, my employers hold a very conversive csr, pushing each employee to learn from one another.
Employer's csr projects involves in donation drives in school etc. This project build teamwork and cooperation to those needy people.
