Basic training for compliance
As an intern in the r&d department, i was given hands-on training that allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world manufacturing setting. I learned key skills such as proper sample preparation, sensory evaluation, shelf-life testing, and documentation of results. I also gained experience in using equipment and following standard operating procedures. Throughout my internship, i received guidance and feedback from supervisors and r&d specialists, which helped me improve my technical abilities and attention to detail. The supportive environment encouraged continuous learning, and i was able to develop not only technical competencies but also soft skills like communication, time management, and teamwork.
I've been privileged to be in some training programmes and seminars provided by the company, generally and specifically on the department i'm working for. Some of which are bosh or basic occupational safety and health seminar, skf bearing maintenance seminar, and danfoss' introduction to vfd or variable frequency drives which are used in the company for production automation and process improvements.
In my role, i've attended training programmes such as bosh, haccip, 1life2live etc, which shaped my knowledge and personal growth. It developed my better understanding about safety in workplace and how to avoid any hazards. Moreover, this opportunities help me to boost my confident and equipped me with critical thinking.
