As an intern in the r&d department, my work hours followed a standard schedule, typically from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The company maintained a structured routine, especially in a manufacturing setting where coordination across departments is essential. While remote work wasn't part of the arrangement due to the hands-on nature of r&d tasks, i found the team to be understanding when it came to academic commitments or health-related absences. Although flexibility was limited, the environment was still supportive and considerate of interns' needs.
My working arrangements are very flexible, considering that i'm an intern and still goes to classes. My supervisor sees the importance of me in attending my classes, so i'm allowed to arrange my working days freely.
My regular work hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, monday to friday. However, my employer is quite flexible when it comes to work arrangements they are generally understanding.
