everyone is very welcoming to each other, and always including everyone even in after work events. Globe feels very horizontal hierarchy, makes it easier for teamwork and cooperation but there is still the sense of professionalism in the workplace.
Everyone is very warm and friendly with each other.
Each person I've met in Globe has been nothing short of kind. They are giving me lots of opportunities to learn and experience firsthand what it means to be in the workforce.
