There are lots of workshops that we experience even as interns, learning about the skills of a globe employee etc. I would love for more formal training & development opportunities
I learned how to do corporate things like PMR presentations, Retro, etc.
The internship program by Globe is structured compared to other companies I’ve interned in, with organized training and well-outlined responsibilities. Each week, I also get to take on something new while contributing to a much bigger project, which makes the experience both dynamic and meaningful.
