As of now, I still don't get the level of mentorship and feedback loop I need from my managers (as I already had 3 managers within 8 months due to organizational change), but there is an effort to satisfy my mentorship needs.
The managers are very easy to approach and make great mentors. I often learn from them by observing how they plan and communicate during meetings. During our weekly alignment meetings, I am also given the chance to ask, present my own work and learnings, and gain feedback from my colleagues. It's also encouraging when the managers recognize my contributions and openly share their feedback and praise.
