One of the CSR initiatives I had the opportunity to work on was Home Credit's scholarship program, and it remains one of the most meaningful projects I have been involved in. Seeing the direct impact of the program on students and their families was incredibly rewarding. Some of the scholars personally reached out to us through email to express their gratitude for the support they received, which made the experience even more fulfilling.
