I am lucky since I have a very welcoming manager, I can set appointment with him anytime to talk about my career and he gives such good advice. There are also kamustahan session every month with my team lead to get to know how I am on a hollistic level.
My direct manager is approachable and I can open up to her. However, my circle lead micromanages, affecting my work.
