Its a healthy work environment, and dress code you do not have to be super formal, collar and pants suffices.
Everything is clean and in order. We have table, a lot of screens to use, meeting rooms and a comfy employee room to relax in. We also have recreational activities in the building we can do to wind down.
The physical working environment is excellent and promotes a healthy work-life balance. Compared with my previous internship experiences, the company maintains clear boundaries between personal matters and professional responsibilities. I appreciate how the team handle their emotions professionally and do not allow personal feelings to affect their work, creating a calm and positive environment that does not feel emotionally draining. The dress code is semi-formal, and t-shirts are generally not allowed.
business attire, collared tops, no casual wear. Office environment is nice, monitors are large and easy to use, meeting rooms are available for more private discussions. Free coffee vending machine is a HUGE benefit for me.
