After submitting my application, I had an HR interview, then a panel interview with my managers. They are overall really swift with response time & the recruitment process is meticulous but fair.
It went well with the hiring manager interview, but the process prior the interview can be a bit confusing.
The interview process was very smooth, and the interviewer was easy and pleasant to talk to. What stood out to me was that, instead of only discussing the company’s non-negotiables, the interviewer also asked about my own non-negotiables. This showed that the company values its employees’ needs and boundaries and reflects a positive and supportive working environment.
Interview scheduling was pretty confusing, the assessment was difficult. The interviewers were nice and accomodating.
