Besides their work, they also push for more initiatives like extra-curricular activities and sustainability goals. They want their employees to do well in work, while having a life outside of work.
The company supports several CSR initiatives related to environmental sustainability and community involvement. Although I have not yet worked directly on organizing a CSR project, I have been able to participate in and learn about these initiatives through company announcements, seminars, and activities.
Part of the way of working is using environmental resources sustainably, such as AI, or reducing the carbon footprint, mostly aligned with our ESGs.
