They practice and live what they preach in being sustainable through their activities, and in the digital aspect.
They have tree planting initiatives and sustainability initiatives to bring our own tumbler, reduce the use of tissue etc.
The company places a very strong emphasis on sustainability and regularly encourages employees to take part in environmental and social initiatives. During our company catch-ups, there are frequent announcements and reminders about ongoing sustainability programmes. These include seminars on animal welfare, Splash Runs, which support water-related causes, and TradeFest, where employees can donate second-hand items for exchange or reuse instead of throwing them away. Employees are also encouraged to attend seminars and activities related to these causes. Through the ESG Points programme, employees earn points for participating in sustainability events, such as animal welfare seminars, and these points can later be exchanged for prizes. This makes sustainability more engaging while also encouraging employees to become more aware of their environmental and social responsibilities.
We have targets for environment sustainability called the ESG or environmental sustainability goals, so we have to earn points by doing activities that count toward the ESG, most recent I think is the tree planting activity. There are also donation drives and recycling drives if I recall correctly. Aside from that, some seminars or trainings include using AI ethically for the environment, along with saving environmental resources.
