I would say the internship training opportunities are a great way to
Even before I started the job, my team were able to explain to us what the job entails and the areas where I can contribute in. We have weekly meetings where our manager gave us advice on what we can do, but also how can we improve. Overall, I think the mentoring is very much real in my job.
Although we have only had our first formal training recently, it was already very helpful for my professional development. The training focused on how we can better present and market ourselves to companies and potential employers. It taught me the importance of creating a strong personal brand, identifying my strengths, and communicating what I can offer with confidence. The speaker was also very engaging and made the session enjoyable and easy to understand. They shared practical examples and encouraged participation, which helped us connect the lessons to real-life situations. I also learned how to present my experiences and skills in a way that is relevant to different opportunities. The training made me more aware of how I communicate, carry myself professionally, and build a positive image without pretending to be someone I am not.
There are free trainings/seminars offered even to us interns which I really appreciate. My trainings are mostly on how to use AI and ethical use cases.
