A lot of us are working from home with provided equipment. We also have good flexibility with regards to our hours. We can offset hours between weeks / workdays, and we also have leeway for when we come in and out as long as we meet our requisite hours.
My work setup is that I work from home (WFH). However, the schedule that I have is fixed from Monday to Friday, with weekends off. However, the company sometimes offer additional hours pay but it is in our discretion if we want to render.
We work from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The earliest we can time in is 10:00 AM and the latest is 10:48 AM since we need to finish our shift by 8:00 PM. We can take the lunch break at whatever time we want and we can even split it into multiple breaks.
